Monocouche render

Weber, K-Rend, Parex
Spray applied

Monocouche is a one coat, ready mixed, cementitious, weather resistant, external decorative, through coloured render, suitable for most types of brick or blockwork. Factory produced from carefully selected raw materials for consistency of product, it only requires the addition of water on site. The through colour and one coat features allow fast application with shorter programme periods, thereby reducing associated scaffolding and site costs and permitting the completion of ground works at an earlier stage.
The French term monocouche (means one coat) has been adopted by the European render industry, in an attempt to distinguish modern renders and their application methods from those of traditional renders and their application methods. It refers to the development of more advanced render formulations that can be applied in one coat to form and cure as one monolithic layer on the elevation of a building.

Thin Coat Rendering
WEBER, K-REND, PAREX, ATLAS

Thin coat render is an alternative to Monocouche renderThin coat render is primarily a decorative finish that can be applied internally or externally over a prepared base coat on either block/brickwork, approved render carrier boards or external wall insulation.  It provides an attractive finish to a variety of facades and substrates, it is low maintenance, waterproof, lightweight, breathable and virtually crack resistent, Thin coat render comes in a factory-batched ready mixed tub ready to use and comes in 3 different grain sizes. It has the desired colour already incorporated into it and can be mixed to virtually any colour you'd like so painting would not be required.

EWI (External wall insulation)

External wall insulation is a type of insulation that not only insulates, but also protects the exterior of your home. walls with no cavity let twice as much heat escape as cavity walls, so EWI  could potentially save you hundreds of pounds on your heating bills. A typical property could save up to £460 and 1.9 tonnes of CO2 per year.

Benefits of External Wall Insulation:

•    Reduces heating bills
•    Disruption-free application as all work is outside
