CDL Rendering Limited is a commercial-only external rendering subcontractor based in Milton Keynes. For over 30 years we have delivered spray-applied render, thin coat systems and external wall insulation packages for developers, main contractors and housing associations across a core 40-mile radius covering Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.

Render packages built around your programme

We price and plan render packages plot-by-plot or elevation-by-elevation to match your build programme. Machine-applied systems reduce time on scaffold, and our crews are sized to the package so that handovers to following trades stay on schedule. Our biggest site to date, for Dorchester Living at Upper Heyford, ran to around 250 plots over seven years.

Qualified, CSCS-carded crews

Every operative holds an NVQ in their trade and a valid CSCS card. We work alongside an external health and safety consultant. Site-specific RAMS, COSHH assessments and toolbox talks are issued before mobilisation and kept current through the package. We are SMAS Worksafe accredited and hold £10m public liability and £10m employer’s liability insurance.

Manufacturer-approved systems and warranties

We are approved applicators for Weber, Parex, Atlas, K-Rend and EWI Pro. Installing to the manufacturer's specification means eligible projects can be registered for the system warranty.
